Terms and Conditions

1.1 Account Access

Access to the App is provided via credentials issued to you, or via QR code login linked to your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any device used to access the App secure.

1.2 Authorized Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — viewing places and routes and listening to their associated audio guides — and not to attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls.

You agree that you will not:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly rebroadcast audio guide content without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or download content at scale
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, infrastructure, or other users' access

3.1 Ownership

All audio guides, place descriptions, route data, images, branding, and other content made available through the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial use, including downloading audio guides to your device for offline playback within the App.

3.3 Restrictions

This license does not permit you to extract, repackage, or distribute audio files or other content outside of the App.

The App allows you to download audio guides to your device's local storage for offline playback. Downloaded content remains subject to these Terms and is licensed, not sold, to you. We may update or remove content, which may affect previously downloaded copies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or engaged in activity that risks the security or integrity of the service.

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that place or route information is fully accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
